Refunds & Returns Policy

Once you have placed your order, this is classified as final and no further changes or amendments can be made. If you have made an error, please contact us on (03) 95362 5562 as soon as possible and we will do our best to complete your request.


  • Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card that was used for payment.
  • If your product can be replaced, Jemark Imports will replace it with the same or a similar product. If a product cannot be reasonably replaced, you will be offered the option of a replacement product of the same value, or of being provided with a refund for the total value of the product.
  • We do not offer a refund for change of mind.
  • Any faulty product must be returned by you to Jemark Imports with evidence or notice of the fault, and proof of this purchase must also be presented.

Damaged items

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, we require photo proof of damage and brief description of the fault/damage. Once received and reviewed, we will apply the appropriate credit.
Please contact us sales@jemark.com.au within 14 days of receiving your stock. You will need to include the following information:
1. Customer account and invoice number
2. Photos of the damaged item
3. A brief description of the damage

Missing item

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, we will investigate and apply the appropriate credit.


We do not offer a backorder option. If the item is unavailable, we will apply the appropriate credit.
