Freight Options

We provide three delivery options. We provide three delivery options. 

1. Pallet Service
2. Courier Service
3. Direct Collection

We will determine the best delivery option for you once your order has been packed. We are also happy to assist our customers with their nominated transport carrier. Freight charges vary on location and the size of your order.

Direct Collection will be from our warehouse located at 1 Tabbita Street, Moorabbin, Victoria 3189.


Shipping Rates

Transport charges are applicable to all orders, except under special arrangements. Our office will be in touch with you to confirm freight costs once your order is invoiced and ready for delivery.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimate shipping times in Australia:
• Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide Metropolitan area : 2-5 Business Days
• Brisbane Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast : 5-7 Business Days
• Perth Metropolitan area : 10-15 Business Days
• All other areas : 7-10 Business Days

We always do our best to get our customer’s orders dispatched as quick as possible. During peak and busy holiday periods, we are unable to guarantee delivery within the above estimated time frames.

Online Payment Process

Once your order has been finalised and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been invoiced, we will get in contact with you to confirm freight (if applicable) and process your payment over the phone.


Sales & Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
