Returns Policy


Once you have placed your order, this is classified as final and no further changes or amendments can be made. If you have made an error, please contact us on (03) 95362 5562 as soon as possible and we will do our best to complete your request.


Damaged items

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, we require photo proof of damage and brief description of the fault/damage. Once received and reviewed, we will apply the appropriate credit.
Please contact us sales@jemark.com.au within 14 days of receiving your stock. You will need to include the following information:
1. Customer account and invoice number
2. Photos of the damaged item
3. A brief description of the damage


Missing item

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, we will investigate and apply the appropriate credit.


Backorder

We do not offer a backorder option. If the item is unavailable, we will apply the appropriate credit.
